1. General Agreement
By booking an appointment or receiving services from CSTherapy, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
CSTherapy offers physiotherapy and related healthcare services. All services are provided by licensed and qualified professionals. The scope of treatment is tailored to your specific needs based on an initial consultation and ongoing assessments.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking platform (if applicable).
• Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee of 100% of the appointment fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide treatment for the remaining session time, but the full session fee may still apply.
4. Fees and Payment
• All fees for services are listed and discussed prior to treatment.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, credit and debit cards
• We do not accept insurance payments
5. Client Responsibilities
• Honesty in Communication: Clients are expected to provide accurate medical history and disclose any relevant health information that may affect treatment.
• Compliance: Following your physiotherapist’s advice and prescribed exercises is essential for effective treatment outcomes.
• Safety: Inform your physiotherapist immediately if you experience discomfort or adverse effects during treatment.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide effective and safe treatments, you acknowledge that:
• Physiotherapy involves some inherent risks, including temporary soreness or discomfort.
• CSTherapy and its staff are not liable for any injury or adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete disclosure of medical history or failure to follow prescribed advice.
• Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or health-related information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
• A client fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
• A client exhibits inappropriate or abusive behaviour.
• It is deemed clinically unsafe or inappropriate to continue treatment.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during your treatment, including exercise plans and informational handouts, are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without written permission from CSTherapy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or made available at the clinic. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by UK laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or the appropriate legal channels.
